Zeh
Hi All, Regarding Technical credits: I'm in a big doubt about an adequate term to use in my EP and maybe a lot of guys had seen this situation. I did everything by myself: I played and recorded bass and guitar... those are easy once I really played them. All other instruments were MIDI. E.g: Piano I played chords and melodies in my MIDI Controller (but not fluently... it was like piece by piece), Vibraphone I made melodies through the Piano Roll, Drums I used virtual drummer and did changes (in MIDI) to add some flavour, etc... So, I'm not sure if it's fair to say: "All instruments PLAYED by... "" What terms do you use in this case? Programmed? I'm thinking about: "All songs composed, played and programmed by... " Is that OK from a technical perspective? Any other term is better to describe this? Thanks all
Atlas007
I think that the generic term would be Production...
Wolfie2112
I agree with Atlas, I would say something like "written and produced by Zeh".
angelonyc
It's your production, say what you want, in the end you did it. However shorter is usually better these days. I don't even bother with that anymore - no one really cares. I used to put the full description , then settle for written, arranged, produced by.
