RoyFan
Hey Folks, Does anyone know if : I can search the files of my iPod BY TITLE as it is connected to my windows 10 laptop? or if this works much easier on an iMac? My iPod shows up as an external drive, but one problem is that it lists all the songs in subfolders "FO" , "FO1" etc.. I believe is the naming. Also also the Name shows up as four letter code names, with only the Title field showing the real name. I've tried getting windows to Index the folder of the ipod (maybe not entirely right). So the 2 main challenges searching by Title searching all the F0, F1 subfolders at the same time.. Thanks in advance
Atlas007
Have you tried using iTunes instead?
RoyFan
Have you tried using iTunes instead? Thanks Atlas, what I'm trying to do is transfer the songs from my iPod to a PlayList where I can burn a CD from. So basically to transfer them to my hardrive. From the iPod to a hard drive. I don't know if it's possible to burn a playlist that's actually on the iPod when it's connected, to disc. I have an external usb writable cd
Atlas007
AFAIK, using iTunes to sync the iPod content to your PC, then you will be able to burn CDs to your heart contempt, providing that your CD burner is connected and compatible to your PC/W10.
