gmv123logic
Hey I can't figure this out... I have two tracks: one Logic Piano, one audio vocal. How do play I the piano but not record it while recording the vocal? I'm sure I'm staring right at it. The only way I can hear the piano in the screenshot is if I record enable it. Which then records when all I want to do is hear the piano and record the vocal. Thanks all...
triplets
That's the nature of the software instrument in Logic, unfortunately. I personally don't know a way around that.
JakobP
Have a look at the post by eriksimon in this thread, basically you cable the midi input directly to the piano channel strip in the midi environment... https://www.logicprohelp.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=143300&hilit=instant+piano
