sevilla
Hey, I had my sound library on an external drive. I now have a new MacBook and am trying to actually reinstall Logic to run off the actual MacBook instead as I have the memory. I moved the folders back to the new mac, but keep getting an error about breaking the link. Now, even with the drive plugged in, Logic does not even open, neither do the projects. Everything is greyed out under Sound Library. Currently sitting with a new MacBook I can't even use properly, whoops. Thank you.
Atlas007
Have you tried downloading and reinstalling Logic from scratch?
David Nahmani
Don't move folders manually in the Finder. Leave them where they were placed by Logic then in Logic, use Logic Pro > Sound Library > Relocate Sound Library.
