gp1klei Posted January 3, 2021 Share Posted January 3, 2021 Hello, Would anyone have an idea as to what's going on with this situation? Screenshot attached.... 1 track selected to create midi file. Midi file is created through the export function.... "selection as midi file" The track is selected and the solo button is clicked on. The locators run from the beginning to the end of the song. When imported back to the same Logic sequence it was created from ..... it opens 17 tracks and breaks the midi info into separate bits and spreads it out into the various tracks. Some of the info is not copied anywhere. Btw, this midi track was created a different project and copied into a new project to see if perhaps the original project had a glitch. However all the problems described above happened upon importing to either the original project or brand new one. Last thing.. I tried creating a midi file from a different track than mentioned above It seemed to capture all the info but it created 2 tracks upon import. One was blank. Any thoughts on how to correct this?
