KC Posted October 20, 2020 Share Posted October 20, 2020 Hello - I have a MOTU Fastlane USB midi interface plugged directly into a USB port on my MacPro (2012). Latest driver for the MOTU and Mojave Audio Midi setup utlity. Everyday when I start the computer and Logic, Logic won't recognize or see my midi keyboards. I have to 1) Unplug the Fastlane and plug it back in. 2) Open Midi Setup, select a new (empty) setup and then select my custom setup again. Sometimes in the middle of working, it will lose the connection and I have to do this again. Anyone else with this issue and figured it out? des99 Posted October 20, 2020 Share Posted October 20, 2020 Try a different USB port/cable/hub if you're having USB connectivity issues, like USB devices dropping out etc. Also, if you're bus powered, try powering some of the devices from their own power supply.
