satellitelite
I work on lots of long form documentary audio, where I need to work around voice over script that hasn't been recorded yet (for example). In Reaper I used to be able to add chunks of text on clips along the time line, which made it easier to edit other audio around the bits that are still to be added. I just can't figure out whether / how that's possible in Logic. Any thoughts would be great!
lookatthisguy
Easiest thing I can imagine is to just change the name of blank regions to the dialogue in question? That or a specific marker set…
David Nahmani
Shift-N allows you to rename the selected region.
Solution JakobP Posted October 20, 2020 Solution Share Posted October 20, 2020 You could setup markers and use the Marker Text area if you need longer texts... https://help.apple.com/logicpro/mac/10.4.7/#/lgcp31f1cf25
satellitelite
Thanks all - I think JakobP's solution will work the best for me but they all make sense. I appreciate everyone's time.
