David Fogel
I am collaborating on a project with a friend. When the project is in my Logic application, if I adjust the tempo map down, from say 66 bpm to 60 bpm, the audio files are adjusted automatically and the play is slower (as I expected it would be). But on his application, his adjustment of the tempo map does nothing to alter the tempo of the play. We took it from 66 to 30 and lower so there's no mistaking that there was no change in the playback. Is there some setting on his system that is turned on/off that we can change? Thanks for your help. David Fogel
David Nahmani
Are you using the exact same project file or is one of you for example turning on Flex while the other isn't? Are you using the exact same Logic version/subversion numbers?
David Fogel
Hi David -- Thanks for your help. We are both on LP 10.5.1. I believe his is one generation back on MacOS. I'm on 10.15.6. I believe we have the same project file, but I will check with him to see again if we can find any differences between our setting including flex. David Nahmani
You're welcome David. Yes definitely double-check that and let us know!
David Fogel
David -- we have checked the settings and any changes, and although we can't figure out why, it appears our two projects are acting similarly now. So I'm happy to chalk it up to gremlins. It's October. -- David
