Ok I finally managed to make those presets back again. Apple suggests to delete the database file located in ~/Library/Application Support/Logic/Plugin settings/Alchemy. Actually, for any reason, the presets, channel strip settings, impulse responses, database.... are no longer located here.

Here's what to do : close Logic, and go to ~/Music/Audio Music Apps/Plug-In Settings/Alchemy/ and delete this database : Alchemy_Preset_Ratings_And_Tags.db

Then restart Logic and it should work.

I hate to drag up an old horse, but I just installed an Alchemy preset pack, and after refreshing the database, no presets were available. So I deleted the file listed above, restarted my computer, relaunched Logic.

After Alchemy refreshed it's database, I get this:

I can scroll though the individual presets, but the "parent" folder no longer shows in the drop down menu and all I get is "ALL"

Any thoughts?

Thanks for the help
