  1. I just did thanks for the suggestion! I have been toying with this idea for a long time and this makes the most sense in my head and how I workflow.
  2. I have been a Logic user for a long time and have been using both "project alternatives" and having to create new sessions for different scenes in for feature-length films. Both being incredibly cumbersome for workflow and accessibility. I would like to make a huge suggestion to the platform as clearly as I can by providing edited pictures of what the new features would look like. IN the drop-down menu where you can select things like "Movie" "Beat Mapping" "Tempo" I would like to see an option for "Scenes". This window would work like this: - Open a new project and insert a movie file - Once the movie has been imported, create a region and right-click on the movie in the arrangement view and click on "Export Scene to new tab" (this would be the new feature) - This Command would place a tab in the "Arrangement" section labeled "Scenes". - Once the "Scenes" option has been added you will now see two tabs one with the full movie and the next tab with the previously exported scene. You would then be able to add as many scenes as are being needed. your master video would not be changed. • This new scene tab would allow you to work on any individual scene WITHOUT affecting the videos coming before or after said scene • You will be able to: - Change Tempo - Change time signatures • The best part about this feature would be that you could now load your entire instrument selection for your movie and not have to load alternatives and wait for the instruments to reload. The instruments would be loaded for every scene without having to reload say for opening and closing the entire session. • This would create an incredibly effective workflow for film and video game composers. It would allow them to have ONE session for an entire movie with scenes and they would not have to bounce audio and import into a master score. - When the movie is playing it will cycle through the tabs as if it were playing the whole uncut movie seamlessly bouncing from tab to tab. That way if there were a scene that still needed work you could work on that scene in proper timing. This would allow a composer to easily see and hear the flow of the movie. Thanks for taking the time to read this and I hope this can be added in the future. I want to blow DP out of the water!
