Recently, around the time that I upgraded to 10.5, I have had some playhead issues while working on LPX. The playhead gets stuck and only plays about a millisecond of the track and I cannot get it to keep playing past that millisecond. I have to restart Logic every time and it is beginning to happen more frequently. So far, I have only found it to happen on one project. I have frozen all of the tracks I am not working on and the HD and CPU meters are reading low. When the loop cycle is toggled off, the playhead just jumps back a little bit when I press the space bar but wont go forward (play). Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is making getting any work done almost impossible.

Thats the only solution I have found as well. Really frustrating. Makes working almost impossible. Hope there is a better resolution.

Hey all, I have an imac that I use to run Logic Pro X. I also have a macbook air that DOES NOT have logic pro x on it. I am wondering if there is a way to open the mixer window on the macbook from a logic project on the imac? Maybe using some sort of mirroring? Thanks in advance.

I guess my question should be- Do I need to switch any cables from the Mackie to the 6176 if they are already set up to record into Logic?

Hi. I am hoping to reignite this conversation. I have a UA- 6176 Outboard Preamp/Compressor that I am running through a Mackie Big Knob Studio +. I am looking to run my guitar tracks back out through the 6176. What cables need to be hooked up and where? Also, what needs to be done in Logic? Thanks in advance!

Has anyone found a good solution for this problem? I have tried deleting the aux track but this is not working for me either. Thanks!
