  1. I actually just solved this. I rest the Logic preferences then reopened Logic. It prompted me for access to removable drives. Once I accepted that it worked. But Logic had full disk access previously... so it seems like a bug.
  2. Using MacOS11, Logic 10.6. I installed a new external SDD and it works fine with everything else. Logic does have full disk access. When I try to relocate the library in Logic, I get an error that it can't be relocated. I'm not sure where to even start with this one. Thanks
  3. I have seen other DAWs that, while in the piano roll editor for one track, will show the MIDI notes for the other tracks. Those are usually grayed out and faded in the background? Can Logic do this? Im on 10.5.1, Thanks
  4. I am trying to figure out a way to change the velocity for an entire lane in the piano roll. I guess it's called a lane. I am programming a drum part and one specific part of the drum set I would like to be a cerian velocity throughout the whole piece. Thanks
  5. I am writing songs that switch time signatures frequently. Such as one bar of 4/4, the one bar of 7/8, etc. Switching between the two. Currently, the way I have been implementing odd time signatures is to place the marker in the timeline where I want the signature change then click in the LCD strip and edit the time signature. This works in that in plays back correctly. However, when the time signature changes, it doesn't update the LCD and the timeline is all messed up. The timeline doesn't seem to conform to the odd time signatures, it seems to give you the position you would be at if you were in 4/4. Hopefully I explained this clearly. Is this just the way LPX works or is there a better way to do it? Thanks
