  1. I do. For almost 6 years now with no major problems. I run an Apollo Duo via Thunderbolt, a UAD Octo and a whole lot of plugins like Softube, Slate, Brainworx etc. All good, just head over to tonymacx86.com, build a compatible machine and give it a try...
  2. Cool stuff! The sound is also very balanced and phat. I like it...
  3. …and if you click your track with "alt" pressed you always get a floating window/ the Pianoroll!
  4. I still use SL, but I didn't know that Spotlight excludes files from its search. That would explain a lot. Life means learning...
  5. Aahh... Got it. That did the trick! Funny that Spotlight didn't find that... Problem solved( at least this one). Thank you!
  6. Mh. I opened Library/caches but there is no com.apple.audiounits.cache. I searched via spotlight which returned no results. I think I'll live with it. It's not really distressing my workflow, it just would have been nice to clean up the AU selection. Thank you all for your time!
  7. Hello Eric! Thank you, I'll give it a try. I even thought of editing the com.apple.logic.plist... but first things first. Funny, that a little annoyance keeps so many people busy. This is truly a great forum. Thank you all!
  8. I'll give it a try when I'm back from work. I also checked the Plugin Manager in Logic, just to make sure I did not forget anything. Here GR3 doesn't show. Very strange... @fisherking Rebuilding my system is not an option:-) I'm very careful with deleting hidden files...
  9. Hello! Thank you for this. It made me smile, therefore you did a very good job. I like! sVendetta
  10. Hello! I like the Vocal Snippets, but there could be defenitely more boost to the low end. After the drop comes a quite shy and far to faint bass(compared to the beat). Maybe thicken it with another bass? spread the stereo base with Sample Delay to broaden it. And what about percussion and Hihats? They would give the track a greater sense of speed. But... keep on, you are on a good way. sVendetta
  11. Ok. I only checked the HD/Library/Audio.... Funny that the search in Finder did not reveal any results when searching for "Guitar Rig 3". By the way I use Snow Leopard... and everything hidden can be made visible with "Houdini"...
  12. I have to check it myself after work. Till then, sVendetta
  13. Mh. I'm also using the SL MK II. I'm not sure if I understand "mode". The built-in plugins automatically respond to Automap there is no need to create a template in Automap. Did you update Automap (AND the SL MK II Firmware? Maybe this does the trick, I often experience difficulties using Automap, after I updated Automap AND the Firmware everything worked. Another way is to customise your automap controls(open Automap view, hit the knob/fader you want to alter and press "learn" to activate, move the destination knob/fader in the Plugin and it should work). Hopefully that answers your question...
