  1. The thread indicated that the plug in causes a bunch of crashes for you... no thanks
  2. David, Not quite what I'm asking for. I understand how to use reverse with audio and MIDI, as in, how to apply a reverse effect. Sorry if the question wasn't properly explained. My real question is whether or not I can automate reverse on the fly. As in, with my capslock keyboard, hold down the key 'A', for example, and have what's ever on that track reverse while the key is held down, and when released, the reverse effect ceases. Is this possible?
  3. Mind describing the procedure for both Audio and MIDI?
  4. Is it possible to automate a reverse effect on a given track? If so, what kind of Environment setup would I need to establish in order to use my capslock keyboard as the midi input to trigger the reverse both off and on?
  5. Mario, I post songs here (or http://www.myspace.com/djspar, if the link doesn't work). That website is for my instrumental hip hop beats that I compose entirely in Logic Pro 7.1.1 Let me know what you think.

  7. Disclaimer: Sorry, David, wasn't sure exactly where to post this sort of thread. What's up everyone, I just finished a hip hop beat composed entirely in Logic Pro 7.1.1 You guys should all check it out. The beat's entitled Beat 9 (I think it's the only song posted, actually...) Any feedback would be much appreciated. I'm looking for some sonic critique (the mix, eqing, etc.). Thanks a lot. -Adam/Spar

  9. Hello. I just purchased an M-Audio UC-33e MIDI controller and was wondering if anyone has already designed an Environment template for it. If not, can anyone help me to design one? I'm fairly new to the Environment set up and would greatly appreciate some help. Thanks a lot. -Adam
  10. Check out http://www.myspace.com/crippledcaspian Both tracks, as stated in the subject, were entirely done in Logic Pro 7.1.1 Enjoy. -Adam
  11. David, Is there a way to trigger an audio track to play/stop from a midi controller? I'd like to set up a situation in which I load audio clips and have the ability to, for example, assign Pad 1 (on the midi controller) to loop audio track 1 while being able to go to loop Pad 2 (assigned to audio track 2) all with one touch of the pad. Basically, is there a way to set up an environment within Logic that mimics the capabilities of Ableton Live, for example? I'd really like to explore the performane aspect of Logic as I feel it's possible yet under-rated, or underexplored, or both. Let me know as I am very interested. -Adam
  12. I get the error message "Wrong Type of Topped Window" when trying to change the tempo of a given sample. I haven't discovered a way to rectify this problem. Any suggestions? Thanks. -Adam
  13. Ok. First of all, has anyone heard of that software? If not, go check out Cycling 74's website. My History of Electronic Music Professor demonstrated how old techniques of splicing, looping, etc. are still the fundamental concepts of a lot of modern composition software. One program in particular he showed was radiaL. It's a looping software that allows you to visually (and digitally, of course) have full control of given loops in real time. It's ideal for real-time composition as well performing live (for the record, looks SO MUCH BETTER than Ableton Live). If you have heard of this software, what sort of thing can you do with re-wiring into Logic? I guess the more appropriate question would be CAN you rewire this software into Logic? Go audio out from radiaL into Logic would be the most logical thing. Any other suggestions? Recommendations? Anything would be much appreciated. Thanks. -Adam P.S Check out my website at http://www.myspace.com/crippledcaspian for music that I've composed entirely in Logic 7.1
  14. Check it out. Let me know what you guys think. http://www.myspace.com/crippledcaspian Song's called Glen Arbor. Peace out.
