^ when you say offline, how do you get time machine to open offline and pull it back into logic?

1. i drag mp3 audio to the track and then slice in realtime with the shortcut slash button right above the enter-return button but here is where i get stuck, the slices in real time need to be tightened up, How do i do this? i try to use the sample editor, but once i use it, the slice moves dont stay? how do i get them to stay for better slice editing postions?

hi i am chopping my samples in logic using the Just Blaze method http://www.logicstudioblog.com/2008/12/just-blaze-and-chopping-samples-in.html but when i make the chop, i would like to go over and edit them a lil more detail, how can i go back over the inital chops to clean them up a little bit in logic thanks
