Hi David! Thanks for the reply. I had a ton of regions! Hiding tracks fixed it. Thats how i usually work but i was moving regions between tracks. I've now realised I have to unhide only the tracks I'm using.

HI there Been searching for an answer to this issue but does not look like anyone has found a simple answer so re posting... I am running quite a big audiobook session and finding the simple moving of regions to be lagging a lot Here's a video of the issue: The computer is hardly working CPU wise, I've tried reducing the screen resolution but I don't think that should be an issue. Tracks are all off, Plugins are off, I've played with preferences, deleted unused audio tracks, restarted the computer, updated logic. Is it possible that the session is maxing out what logic is capable of? I find that hard to believe with how powerful this computer should be!! Any help is much appreciated!
