I prefer not to go into verbal war with them. I can't do it every day. Sounds more reasonable to soundproof my room. At least they are not obliged to listen to my clickin' on the pads. I used to have an acoustic drum set 14 years. Twisted Evil I am glad I am still alive. Smile
Anyway! Back to the topic. I'll write back as soon as I have information about these isolation materials.

To do it properly will cost tens of thousand of Euros, therefore the only correct answer is for you to find an alternative location. If that's out the question, you're going to need to de-couple the kit from the room. You should follow the above suggestions to fill holes etc. but you could also buy yourself a low drum riser, fill the void under the 'stage' with Rocwool and mount the whole thing on Neoprene feet. Don't be stingy with the Neoprene as this is what's going to give you maximum de-coupling. Then buy yourself 2 or 3 studio-quality acoustic room dividers and surround the kit with these. I think this is your best bet unless the floor you're on is a basic joist + floorboard construction, In which case, you're snookered.

As a landlord, I didn't give a rats ass (and legally, I *couldn't* give a rats ass) about noise like that during the day. Before 9am, and after 11pm, different story.

Screw them, and drum during the day! Very Happy
