ski
Hello Everyone, Many people post questions without providing details of their Logic system. Truth be told, this information is key to getting technical questions answered accurately -- and more quickly too. If your system's details are listed, people responding to your post can get right down to the business of addressing your questions without first having to ask, "what version of Logic are you running?" or "are you on PPC or MacPro?" In addition, there are certain operational differences between the various versions of Logic. Some features even have different names depending on which version you're running, so listing what version of Logic you're running helps those answering your post to know which terms to use. A few examples of the differences: Logic 8 Logic 7 Playhead SPL Inspector Parameters Bin Audio Window Therefore, we are asking all Logic Pro Help members, old and new, to please consider adding your system's info to your profile*. Please include: • Logic Version (note: the revision numbers are important. So if you're on 8.0.1, don't just list "Logic Pro 8") • OS Version • Computer Model • Audio Interface • MIDI Interface • MIDI Controller Any other information you care to add is optional. * You can access your profile by choosing "My Profile" in the "FORUMS" menu at the top of this forum. Place this information in your signature and then enable "always attach my signature". Thanks!
