The record label tells me my STP masters in the wrong format

I master in STP these days and then Save As then save the file as a 16bit/44.1kHz file as a WAV.

Then i up those files to my FTP and send a link to my distributor who then gets the files to Beatport, itunes etc.

But on my last release the Original Mix (Mastered by the Org. Artist) was fine, but my STP render was in the "wrong format".

Why do my finals look like this instead of the usual icon with the notes or the Quicktime logo?

Is that my problem, am I saving these files wrong in STP?
